Anyone who has seen Tom’s portfolio knows he’s a great designer, but what matters just as much is the process behind his work. On the projects we collaborated on together Tom struck me as particularly methodical in the way he drew inspiration and evaluated options before converging on the optimal approach. He worked highly iteratively and collaboratively by seeking ongoing input from stakeholders and his design files and FigJam brainstorms are themselves a work of art, so it was always easy to understand his latest thinking and provide ideas and feedback, even asynchronously. That’s especially the case because of Tom’s savvy use of brief Loom video updates for engaging colleagues in reverse time zones and keeping work moving forward. I’d love to have the opportunity of working with Tom again.
